We welcome you to visit our campus and observe the school's programs in operation. Candidates for admission must be of good moral character and must demonstrate potential for scholastic success.

• Copy of Birth Certificate or Proof of U.S. Citizenship
• Copy of Social Security Card
• Copy of Immunization Record
• Copy of all High School and College Transcripts
• Verification of ACT or SAT Scores
1 If payment of the application fee creates an extreme financial hardship, please submit verification of need for a fee waiver: A letter from school counselor verifying need criteria or SAT/ACT fee waiver form.
