Transportation Instructions
Air Travel:
Air travel will be coordinated through A&M Travel at (800) 367-4949, please ask for Mrs. Wanda Paris. MMI will provide ground shuttle service to and from the airports in Birmingham and Montgomery at no charge.
Bus Transportation:
Bus travelers must book their own destination and departure (to/from) Selma, Alabama -- MMI will provide ground shuttle service to and from the MMI Campus to connect with your Greyhound Bus in Selma, Alabama.
Train Station:
MMI will also provide shuttle service to and from the Train Station located in Birmingham, AL.

KNIGHT-FOX CHALLENGE
ATTENDEES for MAR. 13-16, 2008
My name is Wanda Paris, and I work for A&M Travel Services, an independent travel agency. I will be booking the reservations for the Knight-Fox Challenge Program.
When you are ready to book your reservations, please call me at 1-800-367-8949, or email wanda@a-mtravel.com and I will give you the times and fare information, for airlines, car rental and hotel. After making the reservations, it will be faxed or E-mailed to you and SGM Hastings. Once he has given his approval, I will then contact you for credit card payment.
If I happen to be out of the office on the day you call, feel free to talk to another agent, or leave a voice mail and I will get back to you.
All tickets must be purchased no later than 27FEB08. MMI will provide ground shuttle to and from the designated airport (Birmingham or Montgomery) to the MMI campus.
All tickets will be issued electronically, and you will receive a faxed copy of the E-TKT. If you do not have access to a fax, we will email you. You will need to check-in for your flight 90 minutes prior to departure, and you must have your driver's license (name on ticket MUST match name on the license).
The airline will issue your boarding passes at check-in. I will also have additional airline information emailed to you along with your ticket.
