The John Hunt Morgan Leadership Award and Endowed Scholarship
The John Hunt Morgan Leadership Award is a cadet leadership award established in the name of General John Hunt Morgan to honor more than 58 years of service to Marion Military Institute by the Morgan's Raiders both as student leaders and as alumni.
Criteria
To be considered for this award, cadets must have all of the following:
- Minimum College Rank of SFC or SSGT in High School
- 2 complete semesters at MMI
- A minimum overall academic average of 3 on a 4 point scale
- A letter on a sports team or membership in an organization such as SF or WK
- One faculty nomination
