• Provide high quality and engaged instruction for service academy, general education, and non-science major cadets ensuring program requirements are met
• Offer experiential instruction and learning courses that results in cadets’ better understanding of the world around them
• Provide thought-stimulating learning environments and well-equipped laboratories
• Recruit and retain faculty dedicated to continually improving teaching and learning for cadets
• Ready access to faculty to facilitate mastery of course material guiding cadets to achieve service academy program or associate degree requirements
• Produce cadets firmly grounded in the processes of critical thinking and quantitative reasoning to understand, interpret, and predict the physical world around them
