BG Bob Bennett (MMI ’85) returns as Commencement Speaker

MMI was honored to have alumnus BG Bob Bennett, USA back on campus May 5 as our 2018 Commencement Speaker. In 1985, he commissioned on the steps of the MMI President's Quarters and currently serves as Adjutant General of the U.S. Army. Inspired by a former fighter pilot's story of surviving being shot-down, he encouraged graduates to always "recognize those who pack your parachute." For graduation day, those credits belonged to the cadets' support staff including moms, dads, coaches, teachers, mentors and friends.
