If the room change request is approved, you will be expected to either return your old room key or sign for a charge to your account for a lost room key before receiving a key and moving into your new room.
Before receiving a key for your new room, you will need to sign a form in the Guardhouse acknowledging the charge to your account for a lost/misplaced room key.
If you've given your key to someone moving into your room, please get it back in order to not be charged for a misplaced room key. A room key must be returned in order to get a new key issued without a charge.
