Orientation Packet
Once you have been admitted and confirmed your plans to attend by reserving a room, your next steps are outlined below. Some of the action items contain embedded links which will direct you to the appropriate site to complete the task. Please pay close attention to descriptions and deadlines:

| Roommate Assignment Policy* | If not completed, roommate will be assigned. This form will be mailed with orientation packet. | June 15 |
| Incoming Cadet Travel Policy* | Indicate your travel plans for report date. For students requiring paid transportation service from Birmingham (BHM) airport; flight info required. This form will be mailed with orientation packet. | Aug 1 |
| Class registration | Student alliant access needed; registration opens April 17th | July 1 |
| Tuition Payment | Students may begin making payments upon acceptance; balance due in full upon arrival in Fall 2017. Online payments are made through alliant. | Report date |
| Health forms | Complete requirements for Health Center | July 1 |
*Transportation, Uniform and Roommate forms will be mailed in paper form with orientation packet.
All incoming confirmed (paid room reservation fee) students will receive an orientation packet in the mail (sent to the address provided on the application) by mid April. If you have not paid your room reservation fee, please do so immediately at 1 -800-664-1842.
