Alumnus & Marine Maj. Lee Stuckey ’98 Helps Veterans Suffering from PTSD through outdoor recreation
MMI is proud of alumnus MAJ Lee Stuckey '98, USMC and all he is doing for veteran suicide prevention. His A HERO Foundation provides outdoor recreational therapy to those dealing with PTSD. The farm where he hosts these retreats is in Shorter, AL, near Montgomery. Since 2003, A HERO has helped more than 800 military members. The Montgomery Advertiser featured him in a July 8 story: "A HERO Creates Solace for Hurting Vets"
