Cadets Assist with Voting Rights Museum Project

During a recent Saturday service project, the Leaders Club assisted in clearing out the old Marion jail. The historical site is slated to become a voting rights museum, according to project lead Dr. Billie Jean Young of Judson College. "The cadets were businesslike and organized," she noted. "They work as an efficient unit, are not afraid to ask questions, and are dedicated to completing the tasks they tackle. What a youthful inspiration! Our thanks go out to Colonel Passmore for bringing the cadets in for this community project." WATCH LOCAL NEWS COVERAGE of the local project, organized by Beyond 50 Years.
