Cadets are to complete an out-processing form each year at the end of the academic year before summer break OR at the end of the fall semester if they are not returning due to graduation, transfer, etc. Please complete the form below. Some cadets still need to complete other items before out-processing and will not be allowed to submit a form until complete.
