On Friday, April 27, Marion Military Institute will host its 3rd annual Relay for Life, the signature fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. The event gives participants the opportunity to remember loved ones lost and honor survivors of all cancers. This year’s theme is “Wipeout Cancer!”

MMI cadets, staff, faculty, and community supporters are invited to participate. This year’s relay includes a 5K race for runners and walkers; games, prizes, and refreshments in the stadium; and a Victory Lap to honor and support efforts to combat cancer. The $15.00 registration fee includes t-shirt, Hawaiian lei, Victory Lap pennant, and entry to stadium games.
