Golf Cart Usage Agreement

I understand that:
I will be held liable for any damage, loss or injury resulting from any negligent operation of this golf cart.
The Commandant of Cadets will be the final authority for any charges I am responsible for and that these charges will be added to my student account.
I will not carry any passengers on the cargo deck of any golf cart.
I will only use the white long-bed carts for heavy cargo.
Only 4 or less passengers will be carried on black carts unless I’m instructed otherwise by a TAC or other Commandant’s Staff official.
I will operate the cart at moderate speeds appropriate for the conditions.
I will cross speed bumps at slow speed.
I will return the cart to its assigned spot upon completion of my task.
If I relinquish control of the cart assigned to another cadet, I will ensure that they have completed this agreement to assume responsibility.
