MMI inducts alumnus COL Quick into Ala. Military Hall of Honor
COL Burnie Quick, a former MMI Brigade Commander (1963), was inducted into the Alabama Military Hall of Honor on October 24. During a 28-year Army career, he served two tours in Vietnam, which earned him 2 Silver Stars. He resides in Columbus, GA. Also inducted during a morning ceremony on MMI's campus was Ensign John Brock, a naval pilot killed in action during the Battle of Midway.
