QM Renovation

The Alumni Brigade is over 1,000 strong and uses the power of collective giving to fund major  campus projects in order to support the MMI Corps of Cadets. With great pride, we are happy to announce that the QM Student Center Renovation has officially begun!  The first phase will focus on correcting drainage issues and demolition of the restroom area. The bulk of the work will begin after the cadets leave in May and be completed just in time for Move-in-Days in August.

The QM will be getting a general face lift (who doesn’t need one after all these years!), cadet lounge, and a state-of-the-art grill! We are talking made-to-order pizza, burgers, sandwiches, smoothies, and STARBUCKS coffee! That right, Starbucks in Marion!

None of this would not have been possible without the Alumni Brigade support! For the past three years, every lifetime membership in the Alumni Brigade has been earmarked for the QM renovation. To date, the Brigade has raised $187,000 of the $400,000 total project cost! Thank you to every member who contributed to this ambitious effort. Together, we have made a significant impact on the quality of life of each cadet. Take a look at the project shots below:
