Service Academy Appointments reach 44; more expected in April

Cadets in MMI's Service Academy Program have begun receiving appointments from the five U.S. Service Academies. As of March 29,  the appointment count totaled 44 for the SAP class of 2016.

• 27   U.S.  Military Academy at West Point appointments, including 24 sponsored AOG scholars and 3 self-preps
• 4    U.S. Air Force Academy appointments (all Falcon Scholars)
• 1    U.S. Naval Academy appointment for a self-prep cadet
• 12    U.S. Coast Guard Academy appointments for  self-prep cadets

MMI expects numerous appointments for sponsored Coast Guard, Naval and Merchant Marine Academy scholars to be announced in April.
