Teammates for life.

Play for one of MMI's nine NJCAA teams and create bonds that last a lifetime. You'll come to celebrate each other's accomplishments both on and off the field in this tight-knit college community.

Military path.

If you’ve ever dreamed of serving your country as a military officer, Marion provides unique opportunities to do just that. Our Army ROTC Early Commissioning Program, our Service Academy Program, and our Marine Corps PLC, and Air Force ROTC options all can lead a cadet into a military career path.

Civilian path.

Immerse yourself in a leadership environment with no military obligation. More than 45% of our Corps of Cadets, including the majority of our student-athletes, takes their Leadership Education Program (LEP) experience into civilian career paths. Join the alumni ranks of business executives and professionals who share this unique educational foundation.

Physical training.

MMI's whole-person education develops the mind and body. Fitness programs are interwoven into the college curriculum.

Peer leadership.

This is what Marion Made leadership looks like, whether on a civilian or military path. Our college Corps of Cadets represents more than 40 U.S. states and nearly every Alabama county. We set a higher standard in the classroom, in character development, and in our training. MMI's whole-person education can become your foundation for success.

American values.

MMI cadets often represent our college at prestigious state and national ceremonies and special events. One such recent honor was presenting a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington National Cemetery.

Take the oath.

Yes, you can earn your second lieutenant's bars in just two years. MMI is one of only four military junior colleges in the nation offering the Army ROTC Early Commissioning Program (ECP), an accelerated path to becoming an officer. Cadre will provide the training and help develop the skills you need along the way, from graduating Basic Camp to receiving your first salute.

Academy bound.

MMI’s Service Academy Program is the only one in the country that serves all five U.S. Service Academies: West Point, Coast Guard, Naval, Air Force, and Merchant Marine. Highly-qualified students are invited to enroll in this challenging, one-year program.
